With the rapid development of radio frequency technology such as radar, electronic warfare and 5G communication, measurement real-time spectrum characterization broadband signals become increasingly important. The traditional Radio signal is limited by sampling rate analog-todigital converter digital processing ability, has problems narrow band, large data volume, susceptibility to electromagnetic interference. This paper proposes a based on quantum compression sensing, which uses integrated electro-optical crystal sensor, constructs sensing machine modulating photon wave function measured realize signal,significantly improving bandwidth. experiment demonstrated long-term monitoring power intermediate high voltage signals, signals. Under Fourier limit resolution, analysis bandwidth GHz magnitude realized, reaches 1.7×10-5, can meet needs wireless cognitive other applications for measurement, provide new technical path next-generation technology.
